What data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis
We only process identifying and contact data that you provide to us. We do not process special categories of data. Specifically:
1. Contact form and quote request
Data: name, email, phone (optional), service of interest and the message or project details. Purpose: to handle your enquiry and prepare a proposal for you. Legal basis: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b RGPD).
2. Artificial intelligence advisor
If you use our AI advisor, the content of the conversation (and the contact data you provide in it) is processed in order to understand your project and prepare a briefing for our team. The conversation is processed through an AI model provider (Groq, Inc., with servers in the USA), which acts as a data processor and does not use your data to train its models. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD). We recommend that you do not include sensitive data or third-party data in the chat.
3. Meeting bookings
Data: name, email, phone (optional) and the reason for the meeting. Purpose: to manage the appointment and send you the invitation with the video call link. For this we use Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet) as a data processor; upon confirming the booking you will receive a Google Calendar invitation. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b RGPD).
4. Support and tickets
Data: name, email, phone (optional), the issue described and the affected page. Purpose: to handle and resolve your support request. Legal basis: the performance of the contract or contracted service and, where applicable, your consent (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a RGPD).
5. Navigation and analytics
If you give your consent in the cookie banner, we use analytics cookies to understand in aggregate form how the website is used. More information in our Cookie Policy. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD).
6. DominaInternet Tools (tools.dominainternet.com)
Our online tools platform DominaInternet Tools is a separate service with its own policy. If you register for or use those tools, the processing of your data is governed by the DominaInternet Tools Privacy Policy and its Terms of Service.
Commercial communications and measurement
We send commercial communications by email (news, resources and offers about our services) to those who request them and to our customers. To find out whether they are useful, we measure opens and clicks by means of a pixel and tracking links. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in every email or by writing to us at info@dominainternet.com. Legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in promoting similar services to customers (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f RGPD; art. 21 LSSI-CE).
To whom do we disclose your data? (Data processors)
We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the service we rely on suppliers who act as data processors, with whom we maintain the contracts required by the RGPD:
- Hostinger International Ltd., hosting of the website and of the server where the forms are stored.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, Google Calendar and Google Meet (bookings) and, if you consent, Google Analytics.
- Groq, Inc., processing of the AI advisor (only if you use it).
- Resend (Resend, Inc.), delivery of commercial email communications.
We may also disclose your data when there is a legal obligation to do so.
International transfers
Some of these suppliers (Google and Groq) may process data in the United States. Such transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the RGPD (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for the time necessary to handle your request and to maintain the relationship arising from it and, subsequently, for the legally required periods. When it is no longer necessary, we will delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated individual decisions. To exercise them, write to us at info@dominainternet.com or to the postal address indicated above, with the reference "RGPD", attaching a document proving your identity.
If you consider that we have not properly addressed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
